OPTION PROGRAM

The option (below called deposition) is refundable exluding a SEK 500 handling fee. It guarantees a delivery position for the LN-3 Seagull kit. Estimated delivery of the first batch is the first quarter of 2012. When signing the Purchase agreement Svenska Flygfabriken AB will present a planned delivery schedule regarding all four batches.

BUYERS PROGRAM

Our strategy for the first phase is to sell a not too large number of kits and deliver them in four batches. The kit includes everything except engine, instrument and paint.

 

Batch 1.          Consists of rudder, elevator, horizontal stabilizer and the aft part of the fuselage. The fuselage halves, the biggest parts in this batch, are about 13' by 8' (4x2.5m).

 

Batch 2.          This batch consists of sponsoon, air brakes, landing gear and some of the control system parts. Size of the biggest part is approx. 8' by 3' (2.4 x 0.9 M).

 

Batch 3.          The temporarily assembled FWD fuselage makes out the third batch and it divides in two halves. After all formers have been finally bonded and a number of fasteners and holes have been made, the fuselage halves are finally fixed together. This can be done without need for complicated fixtures. The central cantilever wing is also included in this batch and should be bonded to the FWD fuselage. Size of the biggest part is approx. 10' by 3' (3 x 0.9 M).

 

Batch 4.          Consists of wing and flaperons. The parts come assembled and the remaining work is to finalize the leading edge, finally bond all fasteners and install the flaperons. This batch also includes all components like wheels, brakes, fuel valves, engine mount etc. Cockpit doors, canopy, control system and cabin interior are also parts of this batch. The cabin interior includes seats, wall covering, flooring and instrument panel. Size of the biggest part approx. 16' by 3' (4.8 x 0.9 M).

 

 

Price

The price for these initial kits will be SEK 390,000 excl. VAT. Due to unstable exchange rates we quote in SEK for the time being. (Approximately USD 58,000 excl. VAT.)

This is divided as below:

 

Deposition       SEK 10,000 to reserve your delivery position. The deposition is refundable.

 

10%               SEK 39,000 (minus a deposition of SEK 10,000) as a down payment when placing the order.

 

Batch 1.          Costs SEK 87,750

Batch 2.          Costs SEK 87,750

Batch 3.          Costs SEK 87,750

Batch 4.          Costs SEK 87,750

  4. In 24 hours you will receive payment information together with your preliminary slot position via your email address.
  5. At the latest 48 hours from that we have received the money we will confirm this and deliver the Option stating your final delivery position.
