Inspections!

On Monday April 11 two inspectors from EAA did a careful job to find remarks on the Seagull.
All went well and they left leaving a list containing eight remarks of mainly paperwork nature. The final documents will be submitted this week and we expect to receive the Flight permit next week.

The remaining flight testing will focus on water behavior but maybe the new wing, even if it’s aerodynamically the same, might come with some hopefully positive surprises. The minimum flight time for achieving a permanent flight permit and thereby making it possible to take you up for a ride is 50 hours. Since are close to that already we hope that we can welcome you on board in a few months.

The lakes in the region are still ice covered but there are open areas along the shores and with good weather the melting can be quite quickly.

We will do two days of spying at the Friedrichshafen Convention and that will cause a minor interruption but if the weather cooperates we might be back in the air next week.
More news will come.

Thanks for your interest,
Lage
